Planning Your Visit & FAQs
When should I arrive?
We suggest all clients arrive 20-30 minutes prior to their appointments. This allows for clients to change into a robe (if they so choose) as well as ensure clients receive their full service time. If you are receiving a chemical peel, microdermabrasion, microneedling, or dermaplaning service we strongly recommend you arrive an additional 10-15 minutes early so you can fill out and sign our consent and release form.
What should I bring?
We supply all spa clients with a locker, robe, flip flops and towels. Our locker rooms are stocked with Aveda shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also provide hair dryers. We suggest having comfy clothes to change into after your service(s). If you plan on using the wet area you will need a bathing suit, we provide plastic bags for wet bathing suits.
Can I wear my own flip flops, sandals, or slippers?
Yes! If you are having a pedicure service, we appreciate when our clients bring in their own flip flops/sandals as we are an eco-conscious spa, but a pair of disposable flip flops will be provided should you need them. For non-pedicure clients, we provide you with a clean pair of flip flops, with your robe.
Do I have to fully disrobe for my spa treatment?
Disrobe to your comfort level. Our service technicians will drape towels or sheets over areas not involved in the treatment to protect your privacy at all times.
Can I wear Jewelry?
In order to receive certain spa services, you will be required to remove all jewelry and wristwear. We recommend leaving those items at home as they are often left behind in service rooms and lockers.
Can I receive services if I am pregnant?
Yes! We have services that are able to be modified for pregnant women. Our massage tables are designed specifically with pregnant women in mind, allowing for them to lay face down during services. If you are pregnant or think that you might be pregnant, please let us know at the time of booking.

On even days of the month parking is on the even numbered street address side of the street.

What do I wear for a session in the Salt Cave Sanctuary?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes. Robes are available for those who are receiving other spa treatments during their time with us.
What if i have had an injectable facial treatment recently?
If you’ve received Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, or any other type of injectable within the last two weeks we STRONGLY recommended that you DO NOT receive any type of facial service at Just For Me Spa. Receiving a facial service could be HIGHLY detrimental to any injection treatment and could possibly move the injections around leading to paralysis. Please schedule all facial services after this two-week grace period to ensure your safety and injectable results.
Can I get a facial if I have a cold sore?
If you have a history of cold sores, we ask that you please take medication prior to your appointment so you don’t have an active cold sore. Cold sores are highly contagious, and for this reason we will not preform facials clients with an active sore. Please call our front desk to discuss options if you have an active sore the days leading up to you appointment.
