Whether you are coming solo or spending time with family and friends, the Rebalancing Room has something for everyone. Please wear comfortable clothing—this fully clothed service is all about helping you rebalance, reset, and feel your best.
What is the Rebalancing Room?
The Rebalancing Room is a community space perfect for socializing with friends, asking questions, and relaxing together! This fully clothed service is designed for deep relaxation and renewal, featuring four restorative Therabody stations:
Cryotherapy Chamber
Cryotherapy is a cold-therapy treatment that exposes the body to very low temperatures for a short period of time. It’s designed to reduce inflammation, boost recovery, improve circulation, and leave you feeling energized.

Cryotherapy works by exposing the body to extremely cold temperatures, which triggers a natural response that reduces inflammation and boosts circulation. Theragun Percussion Massage
Let go of tension as Theraguns gently work deep into your muscle tissue—helping to ease soreness, improve circulation, and release stored stress throughout your body. You’ll rest comfortably on a massage table while your back, from neck to feet, is treated to this deeply restorative therapy. Many guests describe the moment their muscles relax as truly unforgettable.

Sound & Vibration Therapy with Compression Boots
Sink into a zero-gravity sound lounger, where calming music flows through headphones—and your body. As vibration and sound work in harmony, our Compression Therapy Jet Boots gently massage your legs and feet. Combined with red light and infrared therapy, this station is designed to support lymphatic drainage, leg and foot recovery, and promote mindfulness through vibration and sound immersion.

PEMF Grounding Mat + TheraFace Mask or SmartGoggles
Recharge on our PEMF Mat table, where infrared therapy and pulsed electromagnetic waves work through amethyst to help rebalance your body as you rest. You’ll also choose between the rejuvenating TheraFace LED infrared light therapy mask or the SmartGoggles, which offer a soothing, heated eye and temple massage. This station is ideal for relaxation, decompression, and reducing inflammation while grounding the body and soothing the senses. Either way, you’ll feel restored from the inside out.

The Rebalancing Room – featuring the Therabody Experience!
This 90-minute wellness journey is designed for groups of up to six guests. You’ll move through a series of unique therapy stations, with time in between to relax, breathe, and fully reset as you transition from one experience to the next. You will rotate through four unique therapy stations: Cryotherapy Chamber, sound therapy with compression boots, an Infrared Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency mat with your choice of smart goggles or a TheraMask, and a deep-tissue Theragun massage.
